Eligible items can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving for a full refund.
When returning a product the following conditions will apply:
1. All returns must be accompanied by all original proof of purchase documents.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all return shipping costs and all brokerage/taxes associated with returning a product to ProBarrow.
3. The item(s) must not be used and be returned with original packaging and Receipt / Invoice to get a full refund of the value of goods.
4. All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all original components. Without all the original components, including manuals, nuts and bolts etc., the return will not be accepted. Upon arrival at our facilities your return will be inspected for all parts and pieces for processing of your refund. ProBarrow reserves the right to refuse any returns upon inspection.
5. Items returned which have been used and or are not in the original packaging or have any damage from shipping / handling or cannot be re-sold as “new” for any reason will not be refunded.
6. It is strongly recommended that the customer includes the required shipping insurance to cover the total value of all product(s) being shipped for any loss or damage caused by the shipping company. Lost or damaged shipments will not be refunded or compensated for by ProBarrow.
7. Customer must provide ProBarrow customer service with their order number, tracking number and item(s) being returned by calling us at 647-479-2846 or via email to info@probarrow.com. All returns require this information in order to be tracked and reviewed in a timely manner. Once the warehouse confirms receipt of your return(s) and inspections have been completed, the finance department will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
8. FINAL SALE or DISCONTINUED items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
9. What if I receive damaged or incorrect Product?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you suspect ANY shipping damage or mishandling make note of it in the signature portion of the shipping paperwork, photograph the packaging and product. Contact us ProBarrow with this information, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
